2021 Syrah Mourvédre

We had small but excellent crops of both Syrah and Mourvédre harvested on the same day. We took a risk and decided to co-ferment both varietals and the results are amazing! Flavors of tart cherries, chewy red fruit, chocolate, coffee and a bit of pepper with beautiful rounded tannins and a long finish.

AGING: 28 months in neutral and medium toast French oak barrels
ALCOHOL: 16.1%
