This year’s Viognier was aged exclusively is neutral french oak giving this vintage a classic old structure. The 2021 Viognier has a rich nose of honeysuckle, tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. On the palate, this Viognier presents balanced acidity, crisp minerality and flavors peaches, apricots, melon and hints of citrus. |
