The 2018 Viognier is the first after the Thomas fire. Half the block survived and so production was very small with fermentation actually done in a neutral French oak barrel. The result is a beautiful Viognier with a light golden color and a subtle floral bouquet with notes of stone fruit, and citrus overtones. Smooth and well balanced with flavors of citrus, melon, nectarines, and peaches.
