Pink Moment Rosé

After a several year hiatus, our Pink Moment Rosé is back! Made entirely from our Grenache, juice was “bleed” off after about four days on the skins, giving this wine its lovely salmon color. The 2021 vintage is particularly well balanced with traditional Grenache red fruit aromas with a hint of cotton candy, crisp minerality, and wonderful zesty flavors of strawberries, and citrus.

Our 2017 Rosé is deep pink, made entirely from Grenache Noir grapes, “bleeding” this juice off the skins (Saignée method) after almost 6 days. Named for the “pink moment” as the sun sets against the Topa Topa mountains, this Rosé has deep red fruit aromas, a crisp minerality and wonderful zesty flavors of strawberries, raspberries, citrus and pomegranate.
